EcoForce Waste & Clearance Ltd provides waste removal, clearance, and recycling services across London and North London. All work is carried out based on the information provided by the customer at the time of booking.

2. Quotations
Quotes are based on the details, photos, or descriptions provided. Final pricing may change if the actual load differs from what was initially agreed. All quotes are provided without obligation unless confirmed.

3. Payment Terms
Payment is required upon completion of the job unless agreed otherwise. We accept bank transfer and other agreed payment methods. Failure to make payment may result in additional charges.

4. Access & Responsibility
The customer must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property. Any parking restrictions, permits, or charges must be communicated in advance. Additional costs may apply if access is restricted or delays occur.

5. Waste Handling
We are licensed waste carriers and dispose of waste in accordance with UK regulations. Hazardous materials must be declared in advance.

6. Cancellations
Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

7. Liability
We are not liable for pre-existing damage or indirect losses.

8. Delays
We aim to be punctual, but delays may occur.

9. Pricing & Load Assessment
Final charges are based on actual volume and type of waste collected.

10. Waiting Time
Additional fees may apply for delays or waiting time.

We operate under a valid Waste Carrier Licence.
